Friendly and extremely helpful team of midwives & support staff.
Environment is relaxed even though it is a busy NHS hospital.
Breastfeeding support & care continues to be an issues (previously in RUH 2 yrs ago) with confusing messages given to patients.
Very friendly staff. Always happy to help. Especially Vicky Bullock always so helpful and showed me how to bath my baby. A real credit to the ward :)
Every thing was very good.
I feel no improvement would be necessary.
Generally lovely and helpful staff. Did all they could but more staff were needed as they were always so busy and more BF advice would have been useful. I felt their caseload was too high. The facilities were great but the food was terrible for vegetarians! Great shower and toilets, all very clean.
Midwifes good
Bed changed when needed.
Food could be improved.
Midwife support was very strong. Linda Webb was especially supportive and encouraging. When a test needed to be done by doctors I would have liked to be told it would be delayed (eventually 2+ hrs late) as it made me extremely anxious although I understood the clinical need.
Polite, helpful, friendly service. Nothing bad to report positive experiences.
The care I received was always good, always well looked after. Only thing would be not everyone gives the same advice. Lauran Vizard told me baby had to wear eye mask with UV blanket and she didn't. she wore it all day which was distressing for me and my baby.
All staff were very supportive & willing to provide help & guidance, we would especially like to thank Hannah Cross & Anna Gardiner for all their help they provide me during my labour, delivery & post natal care.
The care was lovely, the staff know just to step in, or alternatively leave you alone.
